Supply and Application of Polyurethane Foam. noSupply and Application of PolyTex (Rubberized) over The entire foam area. Supply and Lay PolyFab (Geotextile) Protection layer. Supply and Fix Poly Board. Supply and Lay PROTECTIVE SCREED as per standard Procedures. Prepare Angle Fillet all around parapet and upstands. Supply and Application of Polyseal. Supply and Application of Brush Bond (Final Coating).

ADVANCED ROOFING SYSTEM
Advanced Roofing System is based on latest Polyurethane Technology, keeping the heat out, reducing the use of Air conditioner which can save up to 40% of electricity bills. Due to its double layered monolithic system & its rigid closed cell construction in the foam, forms an importable waterproofing layer ensuring 100% no water leakage. Its a comprehensive roofing system supplied & installed by a single manufacturer, complying to the Thermal Insulation Standards set by Dubai Municipality.
